Our First Fourth, as a Family..

As you can guess, things have been a little crazy. I've actually been trying to blog for about 3 days, now. I'm learning the hard way that when you have a newborn, plans don't always work out exactly the way you want them to. Showers and naps are now my favorite hobbies! We had a great weekend, spending time with family and friends. Here are a few pictures from the Fourth of July celebrations.

















































Also, Siena went to the pediatrician last Thursday and she now weighs 8 lbs. 2 oz. So, she has officially gained back her birth weight and then some. From the way she's been eatting, she's going to be 10 lbs. before we realize it! Tommy and I are both amazed every night at how often and how much she eats! She has slept through the night two nights, though. The nights weren't back to back, but Mommy still appreciated the sleep! We couldn't ask for a better baby. She's so well tempered and loving. (Except when she wants food, then you better start heating the bottle quickly! LOL)
